The posting

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll professional with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong Singapore HR and payroll experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR and payroll function and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM requirements and CPF regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete monthly payroll process accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF requirements and applicable MOM regulations.
  • Manage employee records, employment contracts and Key Employment Terms (KETs).
  • Prepare and issue compliant itemised payslips.
  • Manage annual leave, sick leave, public holidays, overtime and other payroll-related calculations.
  • Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations and termination.
  • Manage EP, S Pass and Work Permit applications, renewals and cancellations where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records for local and foreign employees.
  • Support MOM/CPF audits, inspections and statutory reporting.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR and payroll advice to management and employees.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of HR and payroll experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Singapore payroll processing.
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of CPF and statutory payroll requirements.
  • Experience with EP, S Pass and/or Work Permit administration is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of employment contracts, KETs, leave, overtime, public holiday and final salary calculations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll system skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and manage confidential information professionally.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • HR, Business, Accounting or related qualifications are preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
