The posting

We are looking for fresh graduates to join us as a HubSpot Implementation Consultant to support client onboarding, requirement gathering, solution planning, HubSpot configuration, project coordination, and user training.

The consultant will work closely with Sales teams and HubSpot Specialists to understand client requirements and translate them into practical HubSpot solutions.

You do not need to be a developer or a HubSpot expert when you join us. Training and guidance will be provided. More importantly, we are looking for someone who is curious about how mar-tech works, can communicate clearly, think logically, manage responsibilities, and develop into a trusted consultant.

This role begins with a 3-month period of coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training, followed by a 3-month probation period. By the end of probation, we will assess the candidate's readiness to independently manage client accounts.

The role will support clients across areas such as HubSpot onboarding, CRM implementation, sales and marketing automation, reporting, training, optimisation, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Solution Advisory

  • Participate in requirement gathering meetings and workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand the client's sales, marketing, service, and operational processes.
  • Work with HubSpot Specialists and our internal technology team to translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions.
  • Help document client requirements, workflows, processes, and implementation decisions.
  • Learn to identify what can be implemented natively in HubSpot and where alternative approaches may be required.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of proposed solutions to clients.
  • Clearly articulate recommendations and explain how proposed solutions support the client's business processes.

Sales and Marketing Architecture & Automation

  • Support the setup of marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead routing, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Assist with sales automation including task creation, lead assignment, pipeline progression, and follow-up processes.
  • Support the configuration of lead qualification processes such as MQL, SQL, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Help implement campaign tracking and reporting requirements.
  • Work with HubSpot Specialists to test automation before deployment.

HubSpot Implementation and Configuration

  • Support the configuration of HubSpot CRM based on approved requirements.
  • Set up contact, company, deal, ticket, and other CRM properties.
  • Configure pipelines, deal stages, lead statuses, lifecycle stages, and ownership rules.
  • Create forms, lists, workflows, internal notifications, and basic automation.
  • Support the setup of meeting links, sales templates, snippets, sequences, and tasks.
  • Assist with HubSpot onboarding for new clients and optimisation projects for existing clients.
  • Conduct testing to ensure configurations work according to agreed requirements.

Project Coordination and Management

  • Work with HubSpot Specialists to coordinate implementation activities.
  • Track project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and outstanding client requirements.
  • Follow up on action items with clients and internal teams.
  • Help ensure project documentation and requirements remain updated throughout the engagement.
  • Identify potential delays, risks, or missing information and escalate them early.
  • Support multiple projects while maintaining clear priorities and deadlines.

Reporting and Dashboard Setup

  • Support the creation of dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and management teams.
  • Understand client reporting requirements and translate them into HubSpot reports.
  • Help configure properties and data structures required for reporting accuracy.
  • Learn how common metrics such as lead conversion, pipeline value, sales activities, and campaign performance are measured.
  • Support client training on using HubSpot dashboards and reports.

Data and Migration Support

  • Assist with CRM data preparation, clean-up, and property mapping.
  • Support contact, company, deal, and ticket imports.
  • Review data for duplicates, missing information, and inconsistencies.
  • Work with the project team to establish mandatory fields and basic data governance rules.
  • Support testing and validation after data migration.

Client Training and Support

  • Support and gradually lead HubSpot onboarding and training workshops.
  • Present HubSpot features and processes clearly to different user groups.
  • Conduct role-specific training for administrators, marketing teams, sales teams, and other users.
  • Prepare user guides, SOPs, workshop materials, and documentation.
  • Support clients during onboarding and post-launch adoption.
  • Troubleshoot basic HubSpot issues and work with Specialists on more complex requirements.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Approach

  • Investigate client challenges before recommending solutions.
  • Break complex requirements into manageable problems.
  • Work with Specialists and technical teams to evaluate possible solutions.
  • Identify potential risks or limitations before implementation.
  • Clearly explain proposed approaches to clients and internal teams.
  • Be comfortable acknowledging when further investigation is required instead of making assumptions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with HubSpot Specialists on solution design and configuration.
  • Work with Developers where integrations, APIs, or custom development are required.
  • Work with Designers and Content teams on landing pages, marketing emails, forms, and campaign assets.
  • Support the Sales team with solution research or technical input during pre-sales discussions when required.
  • Identify new opportunities with the sales team and scope requirements to expand project revenue.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, Digital Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in technology, digital platforms, automation, and how systems work together.
  • Must have strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to articulate ideas and explain solutions clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Good organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and different stakeholders.
  • Able to ask questions and clarify requirements instead of making assumptions.
  • Comfortable learning new software and digital platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Positive learning attitude with an interest in CRM, automation, digital marketing, and technology.
  • Able to work collaboratively across different teams.

Good to have

  • Basic understanding of web development, coding, APIs, databases, or system integrations.
  • Development experience is not required, but an interest in technical concepts will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of CRM, digital marketing, sales processes, or marketing automation.
  • Experience presenting through school projects, internships, competitions, or client-facing activities.
  • Internship experience in an agency, consulting company, technology company, marketing team, or SaaS business.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies or tools.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role may support regional or China-based client accounts.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
