Responsibilities

  • Support L&D needs analysis and training programme development.
  • Develop training materials, e-learning content and learning resources.
  • Coordinate training schedules, enrolment, logistics and providers.
  • Support onboarding, induction and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain training records and LMS.
  • Support performance management coordination and documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in L&D, Education, HR or related discipline.
  • 0–3 years’ relevant experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
  • Good communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with LMS and digital learning tools.
  • Experience in technical, engineering, energy, oil & gas or industrial environments is an advantage.
