Identity Services Manager (IAM / IGA / PAM)

About the role

We are hiring an Identity Services Manager (IAM / IGA / PAM) for a multi-year identity and security managed services engagement with a public sector organisation in Singapore, covering IAM, IGA, PAM and identity operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the overall Identity Services engagement
  • Review and maintain the relevance of identity architecture and design
  • Provide ongoing architecture/design consultation within the fixed maintenance scope
  • Oversee security, implementation and testing
  • Maintain policies, reports, action plans and service documentation
  • Oversee incident/problem investigations, records, immediate reporting, workarounds and recurrence prevention
  • Ensure timely account/access reviews and vulnerability remediation
  • Ensure required risk assessments are performed and maintained
  • Coordinate with the client, third-party contractors and security organisations
  • Recommend enhancements based on emerging identity risks and solutions
  • Drive implementation and maintenance of AI features

What you will bring

  • 10+ years IT Security for large organisations
  • Service management across IAM, IGA, PAM and identity operations
  • Identity architecture review and security governance
  • Incident, problem and vulnerability management
  • Account/access review governance
  • Risk assessment and mitigation tracking
  • Operational reporting, documentation and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to oversee AI feature implementation and ongoing operation

Qualifications & certifications

  • Degree in CS/IT or Cybersecurity
  • CISSP or CISM preferred

Work arrangement

  • Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
  • Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
  • Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
