•Join our growing architectural firm in Singapore, specializingin industrial, workers' dormitory and other specialised industry, includingenergy projects!

•We're seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter with at least1 years of experience in architectural practice and eager to expand their horizonsbeyond the usual residential scope.

•Position: Architectural Drafter

•Location: Suntec City Office Tower 2

•Website: https://designloftarchitects.com.sg

•Working hours : Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm

•Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 +16.5Days Annual Leave

•Duration: Permanent

•Industry: Architecture / Building & Construction

•Assist the project team to complete projects on time, on budgetand according to client and authority’s requirements.

•Assist multiple projects concurrently from design stage to projectcompletion under guidance.

•Assist in the production of all drawings development requiredby the project including Submission drawings, detailed drawings, constructiondrawing, as-built etc

•Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawingsare submitted correct and liaise with authority for all submission matters asrequired under the supervision of seniors

•Ensure project team’s current workflow practices are in linewith company standards and proposed improvements.

•Establish good working relationships with different partiesto promote continued partnerships.

•Other ad-hoc activities assigned, such as site visits to understandthe relationship between drawings and construction.

Min diploma in architecture and experience in handling design-to-constructionphases, along with skills in CAD and BIM software, are typically required.
