Your Role

As an Indoor Sales / Sales Promoter, you will engage with customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products and solutions, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Engage & Connect Approach and communicate confidently with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product recommendations.

Drive Sales Promote our products effectively and use creative sales techniques to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Earn Through Performance Take ownership of your sales performance and maximise your earning potential through our attractive commission and incentive programme.

Build Customer Relationships Deliver excellent service and develop strong relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Product Knowledge Develop strong knowledge of our products and solutions so you can confidently explain their features, benefits, and value to customers.

Team Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams to provide customers with a seamless experience.

Market Awareness Stay updated on customer preferences, market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.

Share Feedback Provide customer and market feedback to management to help improve our products, services, and sales strategies.
