Our client is a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Information Governance Analyst to support its Information Governance, Records Management and Data Protection initiatives in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Support legal holds, document preservation and electronic document collection.
- Manage electronic records relating to lawyer onboarding, matter transfers and client file releases.
- Ensure compliance with records management, retention and disposition policies.
- Identify information governance risks and recommend improvements.
- Support records migration, archival storage and data management projects.
- Partner with Legal, IT, Information Security and business stakeholders on records management matters.
- Deliver records management training and prepare relevant reports.
- Stay updated on information governance, data privacy and emerging technology developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ relevant experience in Information Governance, Records Management or IT.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview/e-discovery tools.
- Knowledge of iManage, NetDocuments or similar document management systems.
- Strong understanding of records lifecycle, data privacy and information security.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Outlook.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advantageous: Experience with Intapp Walls, ethical walls, AI governance, IGP certification and APAC data privacy requirements.
