The posting

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of client properties, including returned premises, to identify statutory, regulatory and client requirement breaches.
  • Identify issues such as unauthorized works/use, fire safety hazards, illegal activities, subletting, encroachment, poor housekeeping and other non-compliances.
  • Verify Gross Floor Area (GFA) and monitor reinstatement and rectification works.
  • Coordinate inspections with companies/occupiers and follow up on outstanding breaches.
  • Prepare inspection reports with photographs and submit them within 5 working days.
  • Report critical statutory or public safety issues to the client within 24 hours.
  • Monitor and follow up until all identified breaches and reinstatement works are satisfactorily resolved.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any Engineering or Facilities Management discipline.
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager.
  • Relevant experience in property inspection, facilities management, or compliance is an advantage.
