Responsibilities

  • Acquire fresh clients utilizing outbound cold calling, prospect tracking, and marketing initiatives.
  • Nurture and expand an established book of business, covering consumer questions, policy updates, and routine communication.
  • Coordinate with buyers and insurance carriers regarding pricing estimates, enrollment forms, paperwork, and broader coverage topics.
  • Oversee automotive policy administration and ensure client records remain clean and up to date.
  • Drive sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
  • Deliver expert and highly responsive support to both organizational teams and outside clientele.
  • Help out with unscheduled sales, marketing, and corporate initiatives.
  • Any other duties assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Full suite of General Insurance (GI) certifications (BCP, PGI & ComGI) (Optional).
  • Prior experience in motor insurance, insurance administration or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Possess a strong sales focus, proactive mindset, and goal-driven work ethic.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Maintain a constructive outlook, eagerness to pick up new skills, and a self-starting nature.

Working Arrangement

Working Days: 5 days per week

Company Transport: Pick-up available at Bishan MRT / Jurong East MRT
