We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager (Product & Marketing) with strong knowledge of the Singapore Life and Health Insurance market.

The ideal candidate will oversee product communications, manage brand governance, and create customer- and distributor-facing materials that align with brand guidelines, regulatory rules, and strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and orchestrate the creation, evaluation, and rollout of Life and Health Insurance marketing assets and product documentation.
  • Evaluate and update product brochures, proposal documents, customer applications, sales toolkits, intermediary resources, marketing materials, and online content.
  • Ensure all customer-facing and distributor-facing materials comply with established brand guidelines and branding standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales divisions to guarantee that all assets are precise, legally sound, and cleared for operational use.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end review and approval process for product and marketing communications.
  • Ensure product information, disclosures, branding and messaging are consistently represented across different communication channels.
  • Assist with new product rollouts, policy upgrades, and promotional campaigns by drafting and organizing the necessary communication assets.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners on brand requirements and product communication standards.
  • Support distribution channels by ensuring sales and product materials are accurate, up to date and aligned with business requirements.
  • Spot discrepancies or non-compliant sections in client-facing documents and manage the required revisions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control of approved product and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Prior professional background working inside the Singaporean Life or Health Insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, product communications, marketing collateral and distribution support.
  • Experience working with insurer branding standards and brand governance.
  • A solid grasp of the legal frameworks and regulatory rules governing insurance products and client communications within Singapore.
  • Background in generating or auditing product brochures, application documents, sales presentations, consumer forms, and intermediary toolkits.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, including the capacity to collaborate effectively across Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales divisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple materials, stakeholders and deadlines concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
