We are seeking a high-performing Project Management Manager (Integrated Pest Management) to oversee client project operations, maintain technical quality assurance, and drive business development across commercial, industrial, and residential client sites in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with hands-on field leadership,overseeing on-site technical teams, meeting prospective clients, providing quotations, managing accounts, and resolving complex pest vector issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Client Account Handling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, managing contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and project deliverables.
- Conduct on-site inspections and field assessments to identify pest issues, structural entry points, and sanitation vulnerabilities.
- Prepare technical field audit reports, formal commercial proposals, and accurate cost quotations for client submission.
- Manage project profitability, labor allocation, material inventory, and operational overheads across assigned sites.
2. Technical Operations & Vector Control
- Design and execute customized Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies focusing on non-chemical, structural, physical, and targeted chemical vector controls.
- Lead rapid-response protocols for client escalations, pest outbreaks, and vector emergencies across commercial, food, healthcare, or residential developments.
- Ensure full operational compliance with National Environment Agency (NEA) vector control regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
3. Field Leadership & Team Management
- Deploy, schedule, and supervise field technicians, team leaders, and vector control operators.
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure technicians adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), application safety, and quality standards.
- Manage technician shift rotations and emergency on-call schedules, including weekend and public holiday operational coverages.
Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Entomology, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of operational experience in Facilities Management, administrator ,Environmental Services, or Vector Control.
- Technical Licenses & Certifications: Valid Vector Control Technician (VCT) or Vector Control Worker (VCW) license issued by NEA (or equivalent industry certification) is highly preferred. without also can apply as long willing to learn .
- Field Capabilities: Willingness and physical ability to perform regular field trips, site inspections, and client visits across various locations in Singapore. Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, to accommodate client site operational needs.
- Skills & Competencies: Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, site negotiation, and contract quotation preparation. Strong team leadership, operational problem-solving, and project scheduling capabilities.
