Join our AI transformation journey as a Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving the intersection of Investment & Wealth Management and Generative AI. In this role, you will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring AI solutions address real-world operational challenges and deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do

· Serve as the domain expert across investment operations, portfolio management, trading, compliance, fund accounting, and client servicing

· Identify and shape AI, GenAI, and automation opportunities across front, middle, and back-office functions

· Define business requirements, KPIs, governance controls, and success metrics for AI initiatives

· Translate complex operational workflows into actionable requirements for AI engineering teams

· Validate AI solution outputs and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements

· Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and value realization discussions

· Mentor AI teams on investment management processes, data, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

· 10+ years of experience in Investment Management, Wealth Management, Custody, Fund Administration, or Asset Servicing

· Experience working with Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Custodians, or Fund Administrators

· Proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to drive transformation initiatives

Deep expertise in:

  • Investment Operations & Fund Accounting
  • Trade Lifecycle Management
  • Portfolio & Investment Data
  • Stakeholder Management & Business Consulting

Strong experience in:

  • Business Process Analysis
  • Regulatory & Compliance Operations
  • Data Quality & Data Lineage
  • AI and Automation Use Case Discovery

Exposure to:

  • GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Data Analytics Platforms
  • Investment Management Technology Ecosystems
