The posting

Salary: up to $3,500 Work Days: 5 Days (8.30am to 5.30pm) Work Location: Central/City Area (near MRT Station)

Responsibilities: • Coordinate local and overseas ISO-Tanks movements, schedules and status updates. • Liaise with agents, depots and vendors on operational requirements and ISO-tank movements. • Monitor equipment leasing status and related charges. • Coordinate equipment allocation and repositioning based on operational needs. • Review and follow up on billing matters. • Support maintenance and repair arrangements and approvals. • Maintain accurate records and provide timely operational updates.

Requirements: • Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Shipping or Maritime Studies • Candidate without experience are welcome; training will be provided • 1 to 2 years of logistics, shipping or freight experience will be an advantage • Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks • Able to work effectively with agents, vendors, depots and internal teams • Singaporean only need apply
