I am currently working with a reputable organisation looking to expand their technology team. They deliver robust enterprise services and business solutions to support growing operational demands.

About Job

  • Deliver L1/L2 technical support for end-user system issues, enterprise software, and core infrastructure.
  • Maintain enterprise resource planning operations, specifically focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Analyse core functional workflows across sales, procurement, finance, and inventory management to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Manage software access controls, user provisioning, security permissions, and periodic access audit reviews.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support API integrations and web services linking ERP systems with third-party software.
  • Coordinate with internal business units and external vendors for system enhancements, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven hands-on experience in IT application support, ERP system maintenance, and daily operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and general ERP architectures.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows ecosystem, and Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Exposure to APIs, web services, and system integration troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface effectively with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
