Responsibilities

  • Act as the key IT business partner, understanding business needs and translating them into practical IT solutions.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, services, support requests and coordinate with relevant IT teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, governance, cybersecurity standards and organisational requirements.
  • Lead IT projects, process improvements and implementation of solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
  • Drive technology innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts and supporting digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, virtual machines, data storage, enterprise systems and IT service management.
  • Good understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, policies, standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
