Job Description: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems, and cloud environments.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure infrastructure availability and security.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
  • Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with security policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, networking, and system troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and network technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
