Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver efficient operational processes that enhance both customer and employee journeys.
  • Ensure sound risk management and full compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal governance requirements.
  • Keep abreast of new product features, market trends, and developments from automotive partners to support successful implementation and delivery of financial targets.
  • Execute and analyse auto loan campaigns to refine and strengthen the business proposition and enhance key partnerships.
  • Leverage data and business insights to identify growth opportunities, increase customer advocacy, and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Provide day-to-day support to auto loan stakeholders on pricing, operational, and governance matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, automotive, consumer finance, product, business management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data, reports, and business analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Candidates with exposure to campaign management, pricing, customer analytics, or product-related projects will have an added advantage.
