Junior Application Developer (Power Platform)

Salary: SGD 3,800 – SGD 5,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Fresh Graduates / Junior Candidates (0-2 years' experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital solutions that support operational workflows, service delivery, reporting, and decision-making.

The successful candidate will work extensively within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot technologies to develop low-code applications, workflow automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled digital solutions.

Fresh graduates and junior candidates with relevant internship experience, project portfolios, or practical application development experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain digital products that support business and operational functions.
  • Develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower AutomateMicrosoft FormsDataversePower BI
  • Develop AI-enabled applications and workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot and related technologies.
  • Gather user requirements and translate operational needs into practical digital solutions.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and process automation to improve productivity and operational visibility.
  • Integrate applications with external systems through APIs and digital platforms.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and application enhancements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Support the full product lifecycle from development and deployment through enhancement and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in:Information TechnologyComputer ScienceInformation SystemsSoftware EngineeringData AnalyticsOr related disciplines

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with internship experience, project portfolios, or up to 2 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with government agencies, ministries, or statutory boards will be an advantage.
