About the role

We’re looking for a Junior AutoCAD Drafter to support our interior design team in preparing accurate technical drawings. You’ll work closely with senior designer to translate design concepts into detailed plans for renovation and interior fit-out projects. This role suits someone with basic AutoCAD skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Convert designers’ sketches and concepts into clear technical drawings under senior designers’ guidance.
  • Assist with carpentry, ceiling, lighting, and other interior fit-out drawings.
  • Update drawings based on design changes, site measurements, and project feedback.
  • Check dimensions, annotations, and drawing details for accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow company drafting standards, including layers, line weights, and drawing formats.
  • Organise drawing files and maintain clear records of revisions.
  • Coordinate with designers and project teams to clarify drawing requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Assist with site measurements and documentation when required.

About you

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
  • Fresh grads are welcome!
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST
  • Solid understanding of spatial planning, construction detailing, and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output consistently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to manage time independently and meet project deadlines
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice
  • Able to attend face-to-face interview
