About the Role

An established international fintech business specialising in online trading and investment services is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in Singapore.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-paced financial services environment. You will support end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract and secure talent across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing through to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements and recruitment timelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates within the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
  • Support recruitment reporting and administrative activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A keen interest in fintech, financial services or online trading would be advantageous.
