Job Summary

As a Key Account & Halal Liaison Executive at Polar Puffs & Cakes, you will manage B2B customer relationships through regular visitations, support sales and product coordination and monitor standards and Halal compliance at the various locations. You will also liaise with customers and internal teams to address operational matters, coordinate follow-ups and maintain accurate customer and product information. We value a positive mindset, eagerness to learn and strong work ethic above all else.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Account

  • Conduct daily visits to various points of sale islandwide at petrol stations, convenience stores, supermarkets, hospitals and shopping centres.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships, friendly and engaging service with customers and assist in increasing customer order volume.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures and upkeep of branding are followed through and maintained.
  • Assist in the installation and decommission of equipment at various points of sale islandwide.
  • Gather feedback/information from customers for internal discussion to resolve the matters.
  • Help resolve customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Halal Liaison Officer

  • Assist in ensuring proper halal compliance according to Halal standards at B2B locations.
  • Support the Halal Liaison Manager in managing Halal-related matters across the company, as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and customer focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is preferred
  • Halal competency Assessment (HCA) certified will be an advantage
  • ACTA/ACLP certified for halal training will be an advantage
