Job Information

  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days per week (No split shift)
  • Proficient in all Kitchen stations
  • Guide and Conduct Training effectively
  • Conducts Kitchen QSC and QA Checklist
  • Plans Kitchen Schedule
  • Enforces Company Rules and Workplace Discipline
  • Maintains Staff Moral
  • Plans Kitchen Deployment / Shift Management
  • Plans Kitchen Training
  • Recommends Hiring (Interview) for kitchen staff
  • Recommends Promotion, Increment or Termination (Appraisal)
  • Accountable for Inventory, Wastage and Kitchen Labour Cost
  • Good Judgement and Problem Solving Skills
  • Maintains High Standards in all Kitchen Areas consistently
  • Exhibits Professionalism, Maturity, High Integrity, Resilience and Expectional Leadership
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant kitchen experience in Western Restaurant, including supervising a team
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
  • Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
  • Able to commit shift work, weekends and Public Holidays
  • Salary will commensurate with experience
  • Company is expanding with good growth opportunities
