Are you passionate about beauty? Do you love helping others look and feel their best? KRYOLAN is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our growing retail team in Singapore as a Beauty Advisor (BA).

1. Job Responsibilities

The daily responsibilities of a BeautyAdvisor (BA) at the counter primarily encompass sales, customer service, and operational tasks:

• Customer Consultation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their beauty needs, provide professional product recommendations, and offer personalized makeup demonstrations.

• Achieving Sales Targets: Actively drive performance to meet individual and counter-level monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Building Customer Relationships: Cultivate and manage customer relationships, maintain client profiles, and enhance customer loyalty and repeat purchase rates.

• Counter and Visual Merchandising: Manage product displays and ensure the counter area remains tidy and adheres to the brand’s visual merchandising standards.

• Operations and Inventory Management: Support daily retail operations—including cashiering and stocktaking—and assist with monthly inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.

2. Application Requirements

Work Experience:

Prior experience in the beauty or retail industry is preferred.

• At least one year of relevant retail experience with beauty products.

• Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate fluently with both local customers and tourists.

• Core Competencies: Sales-oriented, proactive, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.

• Working Hours: Must be able to work shifts as required by the department store, including weekends and public holidays.

3. Compensation and Benefits

• Total Monthly Salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,800+

• Fixed Allowances:

• Grooming allowance

• Product allowance (quarterly allocation of brand cosmetics)

• Incentive Bonuses: Individual sales commissions and team- based performance bonuses.
