About the Role

We are hiring a Laboratory Technician to support our cosmeceutical and nutraceutical lab. You will compound products to a high standard, keep equipment and stock in order, and help maintain a safe, hygienic lab.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment and materials for compounding.
  • Compound cosmeceutical and nutraceutical products according to instructions and batch records.
  • Maintain laboratory instruments.
  • Run routine tests on raw materials and finished products, such as pH and viscosity.
  • Record data accurately and report deviations promptly in accordance with ISO/GMP standards.
  • Maintain stocks of materials required to support laboratory operations.
  • Receive, label and store materials correctly, and track expiry dates.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards in the laboratory in the course of work.
  • Keep the lab and records ready for audits and inspections.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of lab experience (fresh graduates with relevant experience may apply).
  • Working knowledge of basic GMP.
  • Hands-on experience with common lab equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, good record-keeping, and basic calculation.
  • Clear communication and a team-oriented attitude.
