Job Responsibilities
- Establish and improve labor and human rights management systems for overseas mining projects and drive their effective implementation.
- Conduct labor and human rights due diligence, risk assessments, and remediation activities, and provide guidance to overseas projects on employment compliance.
- Participate in handling employee grievances, labor disputes, and major labor and human rights incidents, and strengthen labor management of contractors.
- Collaborate with domestic and overseas teams on training, external communications, and relevant audit and assessment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in overseas or international projects. Experience in the mining, energy, or related industries is preferred.
- Familiar with employment compliance requirements and international labor and human rights standards, with strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in English as a working language, with the ability to independently conduct communication and negotiations and prepare reports in English.
- Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills and willingness to travel overseas as required.
