📢 Learning & Development Manager

  • 💰 Salary: $3,800–$4,800/month
  • 📅 Contract Duration: 12 months
  • 🗓️ Contract Period: Immediate start, 12-month contract
  • ⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
  • One-hour lunch break daily
  • 5-day work week

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning & Development or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Learning & Development and/or competency development preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Canva.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver quality outcomes within tight timelines.
  • Public sector experience and familiarity with Workday, particularly Report Writer, preferred.

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain learning and competency records in Workday and support related administrative processes.
  • Manage finance-related administration, including budget tracking, invoice processing, supporting documentation, and sponsorship and scholarship billings.
  • Conduct research on relevant training programmes and courses.
  • Analyse data and create reports, charts and interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement Learning & Development and well-being initiatives, including designing EDM materials for publicity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
