The posting

Process loan transactions, including loan repayments, repricing, and other loan servicing activities, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Ensure all loan transactions are processed accurately and within stipulated timelines.

Perform maker functions for day-to-day loan operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.

Review transaction details and supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to operational guidelines.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external customers to resolve operational queries and ensure smooth processing of loan transactions.

Maintain proper documentation and records to support operational reviews, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Identify and escalate transaction discrepancies, exceptions, and operational issues to the relevant teams for timely resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in loan operations, loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services.
  • Good understanding of loan processing activities, particularly loan repayments and repricing.
  • Familiarity with banking operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions and documentation.
