Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments as well as local transport
- Prepare and process logistics documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update system transactions promptly
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment schedules and delivery status
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
- Support warehouse operations including stock receiving, stock issuance, and stock reconciliation
- Assist in conducting periodic stock counts and inventory audits
- Maintain logistics records and filing systems in accordance with company procedures
- Generate and prepare logistics reports as required
- Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and logistics matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant logistics regulations
- Processing of invoice from supplier
- Creating and receiving of PO for Supplier
- Provide administrative support to the Logistics team and perform other ad doc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Training will be provided for those lesser/without experience
