🚧 Logistics Coordinator – Contract

Company Overview

INNIVATE is a leader in commercial construction, specializing in design and manufacture of Aluminium Performance Louvres, Engineered Smoke Control Systems, and Architectural Facade products. We deliver turnkey solutions from design through installation to meet client needs and budgets. We are a Singapore-based construction company looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good coordination and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment. Depending on performance and business requirements, the contract may be converted to a permanent position.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistics arrangements for construction projects and sites.
  • Arrange and monitor deliveries of construction materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, subcontractors and project/site teams.
  • Prepare delivery schedules and ensure materials reach the required site on time.
  • Track deliveries and follow up on delays or changes to delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain proper records of delivery orders, goods received and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate site access, unloading arrangements and delivery timing where required.
  • Assist project teams with material movement and logistics planning.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination between office, warehouse and project sites.
  • Handle other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.

👤 Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant logistics, coordination or construction-related experience preferred.
  • Experience in the construction, engineering, building materials or related industry will be an advantage.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Organised, responsible and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently as well as with project and site teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Candidates who are able to start immediately will have an advantage.

💼 What We Offer

  • S$3,000 – S$3,500 monthly salary, depending on experience and suitability.
  • Contract position with an opportunity for conversion to permanent employment.
  • Exposure to construction projects and project logistics.
  • Opportunity to work closely with project, site and operations teams.
