Job Summary

Manage end-to-end shipment planning and tracking to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries for luxury clients. Coordinate with vendors and warehouses while resolving logistics challenges to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and track shipments from origin to final delivery to ensure on-time arrival
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, transporters, and warehouses to streamline logistics processes
  • Ensure timely deliveries by proactively managing schedules and mitigating delays
  • Handle all shipment documentation including invoices and permits accurately to comply with regulations
  • Resolve last-minute logistics issues promptly to avoid disruptions
  • Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and problem resolution
  • Use Excel and basic logistics tools to manage data and track shipment progress
  • Maintain composure and teamwork under pressure to support operational success
  • Contact point for last-mile deliveries

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or related certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred but not mandatory
  • Additional certifications related to logistics are a plus
  • Required to be the Custom Declarant
