Import Clearance & Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate overseas shipments, customs clearance, freight forwarders and delivery of goods to the Singapore warehouse.
Logistics Cost Verification
- Check and verify local logistics charges such as THC, handling, D/O, trucking, storage and other freight-related costs.
Warehouse Management
- Coordinate with third-party warehouses on receiving, storage, outbound orders, returns, stock transfers and stocktaking while ensuring inventory accuracy.
Inventory & Expiry Management
- Monitor inventory levels and product expiry dates, and flag short-dated, slow-moving or out-of-stock items early.
Replenishment Planning
- Plan stock replenishment based on sales, inventory, incoming stock, forecasts, safety stock and overseas lead times.
B2B Order Fulfilment
- Manage wholesale and retail orders from stock confirmation through warehouse fulfilment, delivery and proof of receipt.
E-commerce Logistics Support
- Support Shopee, website and other e-commerce order fulfilment, including deliveries, returns, exchanges and stock allocation.
Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, sales, purchases, stock movement, fulfilment performance and logistics expenses.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, finance, suppliers, brand principals, freight forwarders and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
Operational Issue Management
- Follow up and resolve shipment delays, clearance issues, damaged or missing goods, inventory discrepancies and delivery problems.
Supply Chain SOP &Documentation
- Maintain supply chain SOPs and proper records for purchasing, imports, customs clearance, warehousing, stocktaking and returns.
Overseas E-commerce Operations Support
- Assist with fulfilment and inventory management for overseas marketplace and direct-to-consumer e-commerce orders.
Overseas E-commerce &Customer Service Support
- Assist with basic overseas e-commerce backend operations and provide customer service coverage when required REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, import operations, warehousing or supply chain operations will have an advantage.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail and a responsible attitude towards follow-up and task completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling inventory, sales, purchasing and order-related data.
- Able to perform basic inventory and order analysis and maintain accurate operational records.
- Experience using ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore import procedures, freight forwarding, customs clearance and third-party warehousing will be an advantage.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses and customers.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following up on operational issues independently.
- Willing to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment where responsibilities may span logistics, supply chain and e-commerce operations.
