Looking to build your career in luxury retail? We're hiring Retail Sales Associates for established international luxury brands across fashion, watches and jewellery.

Join a premium retail environment where personalised service, product knowledge and building lasting client relationships are at the heart of what you do.

Job Details

  • Location: Various luxury retail boutiques across Singapore
  • Salary: Competitive basic salary + incentives (depending on brand and experience)
  • Retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Opportunities across fashion, watches and fine jewellery

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised and attentive service to every client
  • Understand client preferences and recommend suitable products
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Share product knowledge, craftsmanship and brand stories
  • Work towards individual and boutique sales targets
  • Support visual merchandising, stock management and boutique operations

Requirements

  • Experience in retail sales, luxury retail or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine interest in luxury fashion, watches or jewellery
  • Confident engaging with customers and building relationships
  • Professional presentation and a service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends and public holidays
