A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) works for building construction projects.
  • Coordinate M&E activities with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review M&E drawings, technical submissions and installation plans to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, workmanship and installation quality to meet project schedules and requirements.
  • Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works to resolve site interface issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, safety requirements and authority standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and monitor their performance, progress and quality of work.
  • Attend site meetings and resolve technical and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee testing and commissioning activities, inspections and handover documentation.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions to minimise delays and disruption.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in M&E management within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor. Working Arrangement: 5-Day Work Week
