Grow with us, from coach to centre leader
Since 2003, BearyFun Gym has helped over 25,000 children discover the joy of movement. Our fun, inclusive, non-competitive gymnastics programmes build confidence, character and healthy habits, and today we run 7 gyms across Singapore and work with 70+ kindergartens and childcare centres.
As we grow, we're looking for high-potential people to lead our centres. Our Management Trainee programme gives you structured on-the-job training and mentoring in centre operations, so you build the business, coaching and people management skills to progress to Assistant Centre Manager.

Master the gymnastics curriculum
- Train to coach gymnastics classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years
- Learn and deliver our curriculum across different skill levels
- Assist with routine cleaning, maintenance and safety checks of gym equipment and apparatus
Develop as a people leader
- Model our values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Support the onboarding and day-to-day guidance of new and trainee coaches as you progress
- Learn personnel administration, including rostering, attendance and leave, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Build skills in handling workplace issues and team communication, under the guidance of the Centre Manager
- Uphold health, safety and well-being standards for all staff and participants
