Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Room Attendant Manager to oversee room cleaning operations and manage a team of room attendants to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily room cleaning and housekeeping operations.
  • Supervise and manage room attendants and cleaning staff.
  • Assign rooms and allocate manpower according to daily operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms meet required cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance and work quality.
  • Train and guide room attendants on proper cleaning procedures and standards.
  • Coordinate with hotel representatives regarding room status, cleaning requirements and customer feedback.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment, linen and supplies are properly managed.
  • Handle operational issues and arrange appropriate follow-up.
  • Ensure staff comply with workplace safety and company procedures.
  • Prepare daily operational updates and reports for management.
  • Assist in manpower planning and improve overall housekeeping operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in housekeeping, room attendant operations or cleaning services.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to manage a team and coordinate daily manpower deployment.
  • Good knowledge of room cleaning, housekeeping and hygiene standards.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Experience in Singapore's hospitality or cleaning industry will be an advantage.
