Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead daily cleaning operations and manpower management across multiple sites, ensuring high standards, operational efficiency, and effective team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily cleaning operations , hotel at assigned sites to maintain service quality and efficiency
  • Supervise cleaning supervisors, team leaders, and cleaning staff to ensure adherence to standards and procedures
  • Plan and deploy manpower, work schedules, and site coverage to optimize resource utilization
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with cleaning standards and workplace safety requirements
  • Liaise with customers to address operational requests, resolve issues, and incorporate feedback for service improvement
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline to maintain a productive and compliant workforce
  • Ensure employees follow company procedures, workplace safety protocols, and cleaning requirements consistently
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and deployment of cleaning staff to support operational needs
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure availability and proper use
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure timely follow-up to maintain smooth site operations
  • Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management for informed decision-making
  • Support management in manpower planning and continuous improvement of cleaning operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, or a related industry
  • Experience managing cleaning teams and multiple sites
  • Knowledge of Singapore's cleaning industry requirements is advantageous
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing teams and operations
  • Ability to work independently and manage operational matters effectively
  • Applicants with relevant supervisory experience will also be considered
