Your New Company

A growing engineering and manufacturing organisation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives across its manufacturing processes. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team environment where you will play a key role in product introduction, process optimisation and operational excellence.

Your New Role

Reporting into the Engineering team, you will support new product introductions, develop and improve manufacturing processes, and provide technical support across production activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, resolve technical challenges, maintain engineering documentation and ensure products are manufactured to quality and customer requirements. The role will also involve supporting process improvements, production readiness activities and ongoing operational requirements.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings, technical documentation and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with CAD software and ERP systems would be advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
