The posting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our beauty products/services
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Support in creating content for SMS, emailers, and social media
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely response to inquiries

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or marketing communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English; additional languages a plus)
  • Passion or interest in the beauty and wellness industry
  • Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and strong interpersonal skills
