Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor marine operations to support safe, efficient and compliant vessel activities.
  • Develop, review and implement HSE policies, procedures and operational standards.
  • Ensure marine activities comply with applicable regulations, company requirements and HSE standards.
  • Conduct vessel and workplace inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide operational and safety guidance to marine and HSE personnel.
  • Coordinate with vessel crews, clients, contractors and relevant regulatory or maritime authorities on operational and HSE matters.
  • Organise and coordinate safety training, emergency response drills and preparedness programmes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate HSE reports, marine operation reports, inspection records and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor safety and operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across marine operations.
  • Promote effective environmental practices and support initiatives to improve overall HSE performance. We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
