The posting

Marine Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee marine operations to ensure vessel activities are conducted safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant marine regulations, company policies, operational procedures and HSE standards.
  • Coordinate with vessel crews, clients, contractors and relevant authorities on marine operations, safety and HSE matters.
  • Provide operational guidance to ensure marine activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and requirements.

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, standards and programmes.
  • Conduct regular workplace and vessel inspections, risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and opportunities for improvement.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents and safety-related events, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor HSE performance and follow up on identified non-conformities and improvement actions.

Training & Emergency Preparedness

  • Provide guidance to marine and HSE personnel on safe work practices, operational requirements and applicable procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate safety training, emergency response drills and preparedness activities.
  • Promote awareness of safe working practices and environmental responsibilities across marine operations.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare HSE reports, marine operation reports, inspection records and other required documentation.
  • Monitor operational and HSE performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support initiatives to improve marine operational efficiency, safety performance and environmental practices. We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
