ROLE PURPOSE:
Operating within Compass Group under the APAC Workplace Programs umbrella, this role balances regional alignment with local autonomy. You will drive daily delivery and operational execution across core workplace verticals - Food, Health and Performance, and Events. Collaborating with Market Operational leadership and regional strategy teams, you will translate regional frameworks into high-impact local deployment while retaining full ownership of local strategy and communications. Your scope spans end-to-end operational communications, country-specific F&B strategies, cultural and localized community celebrations, stakeholder feedback management, and engagement activation to optimize workplace experience and program integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Activation Excellence & Regional Big Ideas Execution
- Tactical Deployment & Best-in-Class Execution: Lead the flawless, day-to-day delivery and operational execution of regional plans, frameworks, and ‘Big Ideas’, translating top-down strategies into localized operational excellence across all workplace verticals.
- Localization & Campaign Adaptation: Rigorously adapt regional concepts to fi t local nuances, ensuring high-impact asset localization, consistency and maximum engagement.
- Reporting, Analytics & Performance Rigor: Establish clear metrics, track campaign and engagement performance, and synthesize data to report back key learnings and KPIs in a timely, transparent manner to the Region team.
2. Market Thought Leadership, Culture & Community Initiatives
- Strategic Ownership & Thought Leadership: Own local strategy and communications to champion market-level innovation, outside-in thinking (F&B Trends), and continuous program enhancement.
- Cultural & Stakeholder Integration: Drive high-impact local deployment for cultural celebrations, Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs, and sustainability initiatives.
- Operational Partnership and End-to-End Local Marketing Activities: Act as the primary marketing liaison for Market Operational leadership. Execute local campaigns, comms footprint management, maximize engagement rates, ensure brand consistency, manage feedback tracking, engagement champion training and other key local tasks.
- Workflow & Asset Management: Maintain organized central asset repositories and structured communication cadences, minimizing ad-hoc requests and ensuring timely campaign deployment.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration, Project Management & Risk Mitigation
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Work seamlessly with regional cross-functional partners (Culinary, Sustainability, People Operations, Health & Performance, Finance) to amplify program initiatives.
- Client & Ecosystem Engagement: Build strong, consultative relationships with local workplace program managers, acting as the primary point of contact for campus marketing strategy.
- Project Management: Cross-regional leadership or collaboration with team members on MCE projects that have regional and local impact.
- Risk Mitigation & Change Management: Serve as the local representative to manage communications for food safety, allergens, and service disruptions, while crafting transparent messaging to guide users through operational changes and program transitions.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or equivalent.
- Experience: 6–8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, communications, digital engagement, or experiential marketing (agency or in-house).
- Industry Background: Prior experience in hospitality, food service, FMCG, retail design, or multi-site corporate environments strongly preferred.
