Role Overview

You will build and lead the function from the ground up, driving initiatives across communications, content, brand, partnerships, and market engagement.

You will drive the company's brand and visibility, shaping marketing and communications strategies while establishing scalable programs and processes and maintaining a hands-on role in execution. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building new capabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Communications & Corporate Affairs

  • Develop and manage corporate communications across key stakeholder groups
  • Advise leadership on communications, reputation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support messaging around business and industry developments
  • Ensure clear and consistent company messaging across channels

2. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Manage and strengthen brand positioning and messaging
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and key business priorities
  • Maintain core marketing and communications assets

3. Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead social media and content strategy
  • Develop thought leadership and corporate content for target audiences
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and communications calendar

4. Partnerships & Business Growth

  • Drive the company's participation in industry events and engagement opportunities
  • Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and joint marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and business outcomes

5. Media & External Engagement

  • Manage relationships with media and external communications partners
  • Develop communication materials and support executive engagement opportunities
  • Coordinate announcements, campaigns, and public relations activities

Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or related fields
  • Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
  • Broad experience across multiple business and marketing functions
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and impactful messaging
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with practical execution
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience working across diverse markets and stakeholder groups

Preferred Experiences:

  • Background in technology or any other related fields.
  • Experience supporting executive communications, thought leadership, and brand reputation initiatives
  • Experience engaging with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with media, industry networks, and external engagement
