Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive/ Assistant Marketing Manager at TeleChoice International Limited is responsible for the day-to-day execution of consumer marketing, social media activities, and public relations for HONOR in Singapore. Working closely under the guidance of internal management and HONOR HQ, this hands-on role focuses on executing global product rollout plans locally, managing media product seedings, creating engaging social content, and keeping precise track of campaign expenditures to support HONOR's market growth.

Job Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Product Launches:

  • Plan and execute localized A&P campaigns, roadshows, and retail product launches for HONOR mobile devices based on ready-made frameworks from HQ.
  • Coordinate promotional marketing assets across offline and online channels to ensure maximum product visibility in the Singapore market.
  • Collaborate on internal Group-wide marketing communication (marcom) tasks within the TeleChoice portfolio as assigned.

Media Outreach & Public Relations Coordination

  • Serve as the local point of contact for tech media, reviewers, and local micro-influencers.
  • Coordinate product seeding programs, compile media kits, and monitor local press coverage for HONOR flagship device rollouts.
  • Work with agencies to execute media outreach and Public Relations plans

HONOR HQ Operations Liaison

  • Liaise with HONOR HQ teams routinely to download creative assets, marketing guidelines, and promotional materials for local implementation.
  • Communicate local market feedback and campaign implementation timelines directly to HQ coordinators.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Maintain a good grasp of local social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) to handle basic content creation, community management, and daily posting schedules.
  • Track local digital engagement trends to help optimize social media visibility and ad performance metrics.

Budget Administration & Reporting

  • Track and manage day-to-day marketing expenditures to ensure all activities stay strictly within the allocated budget boundaries.
  • Maintain proper tracking of marketing invoices and claims by working in close liaison with the TeleChoice Finance team.
  • Analyze and evaluate basic campaign performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, and sales redemptions) to submit operational reports to management and HQ.

General Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Public Relations or related discipline
  • Strong communication skills to maintain professional email and conversational correspondence with global HQ coordinators.
  • Active knowledge of local social media trends, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut), and ad dashboards.
  • Methodical and organized, with a clear capability to manage administrative budget tracking and expense reports smoothly.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, social media coordination, or public relations (open to agency backgrounds looking to move in-house).
  • Prior experience or a strong personal interest in the smartphone, consumer tech, or electronics industry is highly preferred.
