The posting

We are looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the marketing activities of our F&B / restaurant brands.

This is a dynamic role suitable for someone who is comfortable working independently, travelling between different work locations and handling a variety of marketing and operational support tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal activities
  • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu
  • Create and schedule social media content, including posts, stories and short-form videos
  • Handle basic food, restaurant and event photography/videography
  • Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, menus, promotional visuals and in-store collaterals
  • Edit short-form videos and marketing content
  • Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, media partners, landlords and external vendors
  • Support PR activities, media features and collaborations
  • Manage CRM activities including EDM and WhatsApp communications
  • Update restaurant websites, menus, promotions and relevant digital platforms
  • Coordinate printing and production of marketing materials
  • Support new restaurant openings, launches, events and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
  • Work closely with management and restaurant operations teams
  • Travel between different restaurant outlets / work locations when required
  • Provide on-site marketing support when necessary
  • Handle other ad-hoc marketing, administrative and operational support duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or related field
  • Relevant marketing experience preferred; F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Familiar with social media management and digital content creation
  • Basic graphic design skills; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar software preferred
  • Basic photography, videography and video editing skills
  • Knowledge of CapCut or similar editing software is an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for Chinese-language content and communication
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and willing to work across different locations when required

Working Hours & Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • Flexible starting hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm or 11:00am – 7:00pm, depending on work requirements
  • Work location may vary between different restaurant outlets / office locations
  • Occasional on-site support outside regular working hours may be required for events, photoshoots, restaurant launches or other marketing activities
