Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, print, and offline events).
  • Manage recruitment ad campaigns across job portals and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Oversee brand positioning, content creation, and messaging to attract both candidates and prospective corporate clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI to optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment sales team to align marketing initiatives with business growth targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or digital advertising (experience in agency/recruitment sectors is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
