Marketing Manager — Panevino Pte Ltd

Job Description

Panevino Pte Ltd operates a growing group of independent F&B concepts in Singapore's East:

  • Monks Brew Club — East Coast Road
  • Cugini Trattoria Pizzeria — Joo Chiat Place
  • The Garden Slug — Telok Kurau
  • Foca Kumpir — Siglap Centre

Each brand has its own identity, audience and menu, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to own marketing across all of them.

You will lead marketing strategy and execution for the group, manage one Marketing Executive, and work directly with the business owner and outlet General Managers. This is a hands-on role in a small team: you will set the plan and also do a good share of the work.

Responsibilities

Multi-outlet marketing management

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing calendar covering all outlets, balancing group-level initiatives with brand-specific campaigns
  • Own the marketing budget across outlets; track spend and report on return by channel and campaign
  • Plan and run launches, seasonal menus, promotions and events; coordinate timing with kitchen, service and procurement teams
  • Maintain each brand's visual identity and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across menus, signage, packaging and online touchpoints
  • Track outlet-level performance (covers, average spend, delivery-platform orders, reviews) and adjust marketing activity accordingly
  • Manage relationships with delivery platforms, listing sites, media, food bloggers and partner brands
  • Support new concept launches with go-to-market plans, from pre-opening buzz through to steady-state marketing

Social media, outdoor advertising and digital signage

  • Manage social media accounts for all brands (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile): content planning, shooting and editing of photo/video, copywriting, community management and paid boosts
  • Plan, book and evaluate outdoor advertising (bus shelters, mall lightboxes, banners, local print) around each outlet's catchment
  • Manage in-store digital signage and menu boards across outlets: content scheduling, artwork updates, promotional playlists and screen uptime, working with the signage vendor as needed
  • Run paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google) and email/WhatsApp marketing to grow repeat visits
  • Monitor online reviews and ratings; coordinate responses with outlet managers

Team management

  • Manage, coach and develop one Marketing Executive; set priorities, review work and provide regular feedback
  • Brief and manage freelancers and agencies (photographers, videographers, designers, printers)
  • Build simple processes and templates so the team can execute consistently across outlets

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in F&B, hospitality, retail or another multi-outlet consumer business
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts and paid social campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience booking and evaluating outdoor or out-of-home advertising
  • Experience managing digital signage or in-store display content is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience supervising or mentoring a junior team member
  • Comfortable with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills in English; ability to write for different brand voices
  • Organised, budget-conscious and able to manage several brands and deadlines at once
  • Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for events, shoots and launches, and to travel between outlets

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
