About Us

Nishin Baby is a Singapore-based mother-and-baby brand operating in Singapore and Malaysia, with supply chain roots in China. We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for an experienced leader who can build our brand, grow our business partnerships, and lead high-profile collaborations with academic and government partners.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Founder. You will have real ownership, direct access to decision-making, and the chance to shape how the company grows.

What You'll Do

University & Partnership Programme Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our partnership with a leading Singapore university, coordinating with faculty and programme staff on day-to-day matters.
  • Lead and coordinate a cohort of around 50 students working on consulting projects for the company, including team check-ins, timelines, briefing materials, and final presentations.
  • Turn project outcomes into usable business insights and brand content.

Marketing & Brand

  • Own the marketing plan and calendar across social media, content, and community channels.
  • Plan and run trade fairs and consumer events, including booth setup, promotions, and post-event review.
  • Manage marketing budget and track results against clear KPIs.

B2B Sales

  • Develop and manage B2B accounts, including retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
  • Follow up on business leads from partner networks and maintain a sales pipeline with regular reporting.

What We're Looking For

Must Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the mother-and-baby industry in Singapore (brand, marketing, retail, or channel roles).
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team with direct reports.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin, as the role works closely with Chinese-speaking partners and suppliers.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Preferred:

  • B2B channel development experience (baby stores, pharmacies, distributors, or corporate clients).
  • Experience working with universities, government agencies, or industry associations.
  • Familiarity with Singapore parenting fairs and community marketing.
  • Exposure to the Malaysian market or China supply chain.
