Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned lesson plans effectively and adapt teaching approaches to support different learning needs.
  • Track student progress through regular classwork review, homework marking, and timely feedback.
  • Prepare and maintain lesson materials, assessments, and simple learning records as required.
  • Share weekly learning updates with parents/guardians in a professional and constructive manner.
  • Provide make-up support sessions when learners miss scheduled classes (as arranged).
  • Contribute ideas to improve teaching resources, lesson flow, and classroom practices.
  • Support centre operations through routine administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Be prepared to rotate across centre locations based on operational needs.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent teaching qualification).
  • Proven experience teaching primary-level Mathematics aligned to a structured local curriculum.
  • Approximately 6–10 years of relevant teaching experience preferred
  • Confident classroom management skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to young learners.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to manage lessons, marking, and progress updates consistently.
  • Collaborative team mindset and openness to ongoing training and teaching-method improvements.
  • Availability to work a 5-day schedule including Saturday
