Job Description & Requirements

Master Control Room operator, manages and monitors broadcast equipment from a central control room. Responsibilities include setting up and coordinating inputs, monitoring quality control, and ensuring smooth daily operations, often working in shifts. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor networks and systems using tools such as Zabbix
  • Respond to incidents and escalate issues when necessary
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and provide support when required
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports
  • Work effectively in a team and demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Commit to working shifts

Skills and Experience

  • No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
  • Basic knowledge of web-based UI interfaces is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
  • Strong stress management and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented with good collaboration, initiative, and communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of networking and system operations
  • Minimum qualification: GCE O-Levels or Diploma
