Job Summary

Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team, assisting in planning, monitoring, and controlling M&E works. Manage subcontractor progress and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements for building projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team to ensure effective project execution
  • Assist the Project Manager and M&E Manager in planning, reviewing, monitoring, and controlling the progress and processes of M&E works
  • Control and manage the progress and performance of M&E subcontractors on site to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Apply knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and Authorities’ requirements related to M&E services, building construction, and safety to ensure compliance
  • Monitor and control the progress of Requests for Approval (RFA), Requests for Information (RFI), shop drawings, technical submissions, and equipment/material procurement, fabrication, and delivery
  • Maintain and update all site inspection, testing, and commissioning records accurately to support project documentation and quality assurance

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess a recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least three years of relevant experience in building projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry-level positions
